

COVID-19 Protocols
Regarding COVID-19, we are implementing safety policies to ensure the safety of workers and clients. To protect our valued customers and employees:

Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 such as sore throat, fever, sneezing, or coughing to self-isolate at home for 10 days from onset of symptoms, as well as anyone advised by public health to self-isolate.

Anyone who has arrived from outside of Canada, or who is in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, to self-isolate for 14 days and monitor for symptoms.
Our Services:

All employees will undergo health checks before entering the space. If they present signs of COVID-19, they will not enter the space.

Employees must wear masks at all times in the workplace. We provide one new mask every week until the pandemic outbreak stops. It is the employees' responsibility to keep their mask and store it properly as there are limited supplies on face masks.

Employees and clients must practice social distancing at the workplace; that is, to maintain a distance of at least 2 meters between workers and others wherever possible.

Stringent Hygiene Protocol training has been implemented for all employees.

Employees must wash hands with soap for at least 20 seconds, including upon arriving for work, before and after the break, after handling cash or other materials, before and after handling common tools and equipment.

We have staggered our staff schedules to ensure minimal guests and staff in the space.
Our Space

We have reduced seats in our seating area to minimize touchpoints.

Masseurs/ Masseuses must clean and disinfect all shared spaces, massage tables, tools, and equipment, and dispose and change clean sheets between each use and at the end of each shift.

All common areas and surfaces, including washroom, equipment, tools, common tables, desks, light switches, cabinet and door handles, etc. must be clean and sanitized every 2 hours by employees who are scheduled for cleaning tasks.

Shared refrigerator, water stations, microwaves, etc. where cross-contamination is possible will not be available at this time to all workers and clients.

We have installed paper towel dispensers in our bathrooms and these areas will be cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.
Guests and Clients:

All clients will undergo health checks and temperature taking before entering massage rooms. If they present signs of COVID-19, they will be asked to reschedule or cancel their appointments.

Hand sanitizer will be provided to all clients upon arrival and all clients visiting our space will be required to use hand sanitizer once entering the space.

Please arrive prepared with personal drinks. We will not be offering tea at this current time. There will be bottled water provided for free if needed.

We will not be allowing food into our space at the current moment as this requires a mask removal for a longer period of time.

We highly advise our guests/ clients to wear a mask.

Foot Reflexology clients MUST wear masks while receiving services.
Regarding Appointments:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time. We have a 10 min grace period. Please call us at 778.433.9668 if you are running later than 10 min after your reservation time.

There is no make-up time for lateness as there needs to be an interval of 15~20min for cleaning disinfecting purposes.

We will only allow one person to arrive for a service (no accompanied guests, i.e. - kids, friends, family, etc.)

An appointment is highly recommended to clients.

To book in for a service, please contact us at 778.433.9668 or you can request to book the service online. We will be in touch with you to accept the requested service or reschedule as needed after May 21st.

If you are sick, feeling unwell, or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, running nose, etc., please contact becus2019vic@gmail.com or call us to reschedule your appointment and stay home.

Please contact our front desk if you have traveled outside of BC or Canada within 14 days of your reservation date.
