Treatment Process
1. Consultation:

Discussing detailed medical history/goals that you want to achieve

Pulse Taking & Tongue Diagnosis

Creating and explain treatment plan to effectively address your concern.
2. Start treatment: inserting fine needles along selected acupuncture points / apply other methods
3. ACU Nap: needles retained for 15~30min
4. End of treatment: home care advice

Cancellation/No-Show:
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 24 hr, you will be subject to a fee charge of full amount of scheduled appointment time.
Late Arrival:
There is a 15min grace period. If more than 15 minutes has passed, then continuing with treatment will be at the discretion of the practitioner.
Exceptions:
Refunds are available in restricted circumstances: if you missed your appointment due to an urgent emergency or if you are able to reschedule within the same fiscal week.
